Terms of service

Gather HQs is a scheduling and event-management service for adult-led groups. Subscribers are responsible for the accuracy of their event information, invitations, refund descriptions, member policies, content, and compliance obligations.

Payments

Platform subscriptions are charged by Gather HQs. Event tickets and group membership dues are processed for the subscriber through its connected Stripe account. Gather HQs deducts a 3% application fee from paid event ticket proceeds; member dues remain exempt from that platform fee during the pilot. Provider fees, refunds, and disputes remain subject to the connected account's arrangements with Stripe.

Service use

Users must protect their credentials, use attendee and contact information only for legitimate group operations, honor communication preferences, and follow the acceptable-use and review policies. Access may be suspended to protect users, the platform, or third parties.

Availability

The service may change as it develops. Final warranty, liability, governing-law, dispute, cancellation, and refund terms must be approved and inserted before public launch.
