Acceptable-use policy

Do not use Gather HQs to break the law, mislead attendees, harass people, exploit minors, distribute malware, probe systems without authorization, evade consent or suppression, send unsolicited bulk messages, impersonate others, or collect payment for deceptive events.

Subscribers must have a legitimate basis for the contacts they enter and must honor email and SMS choices. Do not upload confidential payment credentials, government identifiers, medical records, or other information the product does not request.

Gather HQs may restrict or suspend access while investigating safety, security, fraud, or abuse concerns. Enforcement and appeal questions can be sent to [email protected].
